I'm a chocolate lover and am always looking for easy chocolate desserts. Do you have a favorite you can share?

No cookout guest will ever look the other way when you break out these cool cookie sandwiches. Use vanilla or chocolate ice cream as a starting point, then get creative with the flavors. (Hint: We like coffee. And butter pecan. And...)
Credit: Nestle
Servings: 10
Ingredients:
1 (18-ounce) package Nestle Toll House Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough or Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
1 pint vanilla or chocolate ice cream, softened
Rainbow sprinkles
Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels
Directions:
Prepare the cookies according to the package directions, then let them cool completely.
Place a little less than 1/4 cup of ice cream on the flat side of 1 cookie; top with the flat side of a second cookie to make a sandwich. Decorate as desired. Serve the sandwiches immediately or wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and freeze.

Mine is the Chocolate Thunder Down Under from Outback. Ohhh my. This is sooooo rich. I normally can't eat the whole thing and have to share it with someone. Now, if only I could get the recipe from them to make it myself. Oh forget that, I would be eating it every night and become big as a house. LOL
