It is very weird because I am very healthy, but am a junk food junky! I weigh myself every day. If I start to go up a few pounds that is when I start regulating what I eat. I just had all my bloodwork done, cholosteral checked ect at the doctor and he told me I am very healthy!! Guess chocolate is good for you after all!

I think I am reasonably healthy. And yes I do weigh myself on a daily basis. I just recently was reading about how weighing yourself daily really helps to maintain a healthy weight. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2004 and lost around 160 pounds or so. I have take vitamin supplements daily and drink lots of water. Most days I do OK, others not so good. Controlling my weight is still a struggle at times even with such a great tool. Physically I am longer able to binge and purge like I had done in the past. Some days I do great and eat all my good foods and proteins, and some days I do badly, eating way more junk than I should. But I am still at a healthy, and still WAY more healthy than I was 3 years ago.

I am fairly healthy and good thing since we have had no health insurance for 3 1/2 years now. I am active, try to eat pretty good. I do not own scales since they are not a good indicator of fat loss. If you do it right you lose the fat and happen to gain weight since muscle wieghs more. Never binge, do eat really well when on occasion we get to a buffet place. We take our time and make a memory out of it.

I only weigh myself a couple of times a month. I exercise every day and don't buy junk food or much processed food. I stock the fridge and pantry with healthy foods/snacks...fresh and dried fruits, nuts and seeds, whole grain cereal, beans, and soy. I drink a lot of water. If I do binge, I don't feel bad because it's healthy food I'm eating, not junk/sweets.

I consider myself healthy.I don't weigh myself too many times though.Maybe once in two months.I am not prone to putting on weight. My diet is very balanced and controlled too.I cannot afford to binge because god decided to keep me in check by giving me digestive disorder as well, which flares up whenever I overeat. So,eating in control keeps me healthy and I like it that way.:)
