Outdoor April wedding attire?

Think of the variables, ie the weather (hot, cold or what), the ground (soft or hard? - for heels on shoes, you dont want to sink in!!), casual or formal wedding? Stuff like that...a short, colourful dress is always nice with some sort of shall for cool evenings...hope this helps

Thanks! I was leaning toward a wedge type heel sandles. Would a black sleeveless cocktail dress be appropriate?

If you should come in formal attire... choose a short gown with light colors

Thanks!! So a black cocktail style dress would be out?? It's sleeveless? Is it acceptable to wear black to weddings??

I don't know how formal the wedding will be, but I do have one suggestion. Pick two outfits, one for cold weather, and one for warm weather. On the day of the wedding use the weather to determine which outfit you will wear.
