Breakfast is the first and important meal at the beginning of the day. But sometimes when I wake up at 7 or 8 am I'm not hungry yet, so I would eat most of the time about around 9 am, coffee and rice & other filipino foods. What time do you eat breakfast? And what food?

If I woke up early I'll probably eat my breakfast around 8 or 9am but if I feel so sleepy, I can eat my breakfast even if it's 11am already. I usually drink coffee and bread sometimes I eat fried rice also and dried fish (daing).

I don't really eat breakfast much before but since I'm having my internship, I usually eat at around 7AM and leave the house at 8:30

Most of the time I don't have breakfast. I usually wake up at almost 11 am. Brunch is the most appropriate description of my meal, a combination of breakfast and lunch. Other times when I get up early, I would pick anything healthy on the breakfast table. Otherwise I would just prepare my own health food like oatmeal, yogurt or fruits. Or buy a glass of taho (a kind of soft soy product topped with sago [tapioca?] drizzled with caramelized sugar--whew!) from ambulant vendors.

I try to eat breakfast after I work out, but if I have to be at work early, then I try to eat before I leave, but I wait until the very last minute. I do this because I can't eat lunch until later in the afternoon and I don't like to wait too long between meals to eat.

during weekdays when i have to leave the house by 8 a.m. to office so i usually grab a bowl of cornflakes with milk then a pc of banana or apple by 7:30 - 7:45 or sometimes when i can still make some sandwich like ham or bacon in bagel with single cheese then a glass of milk or fresh fruit juice is so good already. on weekends when it's day off i can enjoy a sumptuous brunch by 10 a.m. like i'm having rice with either of the follwing : tocino , longganisa , crispy milkfish or danggit with sunny side-up egg. . . pinoy breakfast in America.
