Laurie Baker passes away

The renowned architect Laurie Baker passed away on Sunday, the 1st of April 2007. He was really a 'master builder' and was known as the 'mason of the poor'. The concept of 'low cost' and eco-friendly houses was his contribution. He was uncomparable. A sensible cartoonist too. I attended his funeral today. How many of you admire him?
