What do you think of Man Vs Wild?

I personally love this program. Extreme camping at its best. I really learn alot from the show. Biggest thing, you go on a train, plane, boat or cross country trip you better have a good hunting knife and flint to get you through if something happens. lol. Not that it is legal to carry any of this stuff outside of you own vehicle.

My hubby is a huge fan of this show so we watch it quite often.
Some of the things that he does on the show makes me want to hurl. My hubby always tells me if I were stuck out some place where I had to kill my own food, I'd die before I would eat 99% of the stuff on this show.

well that is why I would be taking a flint, that way at least I can have cooked meat. lol....

He's a little overboard. You don't have to eat half the stuff he does or do half the things the way he does them to get to civilization. I've seen many other things he could have eaten or different ways to circumvent a situation that he was in. He just likes to do things the hard way to get the audience.

I have no idea. I just like the show and I agree that if he took more time, he could find better things, but it is an hour long show. lol. So he needs to be extreme to grab your attention. And not only that, watching him eat rabbits gets old after awhile. Why have him eat that when he could eat some ants under a log or something as nasty as that. lol.

I like this show also. He is crazy at times when he was getting close to the tigers in that one program I was like omg hes going to get eatten. I did get grossed out that time when he peed on his tshirt to keep cool and wrapped it around his face. I wouldn't be able to do half the stuff he does but I still like watching the show.
