I wanted to wish you that celebrate this special holiday, a very happy Passover. What are your plans this year? Do you have a sedar? Or,just a traditional dinner?

Hi! Happy Passover to Everyone! My mom had to have surgery, so we will be on our own this year. I will just have a Passover dinner with my hubby and daughter. I'm looking forward to a quiet family time. :-)

Thanks, Margieanneart! My mom just called me! I was so surprised, I thought it would be my dad, but she's out of surgery and recovery and doing really well! Yaayyyyyy! Now I have a lot more to be thankful for when we have our Passover meal! :-)

We will have a family get together just like we did at Christmas except this time the celebrations will be a bit longer. Most places here will be closed on Good Friday so my family will come to stay in our house then. As it is day of fasting, we will probably just watch a few dvds. On Saturday we will all attend the Vigil Mass at midnight and on Sunday we will have a family dinner of roast stuffed turkey and ham. We usually hide some small Easter eggs around the house and garden and my grandchildren will have an Easter egg hunt. In the evening we will have a few drinks and a bit of a party and to finish off the weekend, we will all go out for a family meal on Easter Monday. Hope you also have a lovely weekend margie.

Your weekend sounds devine. Wishing you much joy and peace. Have a wonderful day with your family. My husband works on Saturdays, but Sunday will be off. We are going to sunrise service at church, and then back again at 10 for the regular service. Then he and I will enjoy eachother at home. Blessings dear.
