How the heck does Reviewstream.com work???

I submitted several reviews a few days ago, but I never heard back about any of them. Does anyone know if this is a legit site? Do you only hear from them after your review has been accepted, or do they send you a confirmation email? Any advice you can give me would be appreciated!

I've never heard of reviewstream either. Sorry. I'd like to know more about them though. Do you have a referral link? If I like the site and sign up, I'd like you to have the credit, since I first heard about it through you. Thanks.
