Do you get easily distracted?

I have been sat here tonight doing some work on my PC with mylot open in the background.
Normally I wouldn't say I was easily distracted but tonight, every time I have had an email to say I have a response to a discussion, Ive had to have a look whats been said.
What distracts you and how easily?

Everything distracts me.
It's very easy, I find it so hard to stick to
just one thing for a long time.

i am very easily distracted and it is because i have too many responsibilities and usually do not know what to do first so i have my hands in many things at once so to speak. i can get up from one room to do something and on my way there see something else that needs to be done and so on and so on until i never get the first thing i started out to do in the first place done. it can be exhausting. i actually have completed several daunting tasks today so i very pleased and proud of myself for staying focused.
