I make a real good chuck roast. I slow cook in the oven wrapped in foil and use 2 packages of Lipton Onion Mushroom soup mix. I add about 1/2 to 3/4 cups of water to get it started. Check every so hour to make sure it does not go dry. I cook it at 350 degrees for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Check and make sure it is tender. I usually can get it to just fall apart. My wife does most of the cooking because she is an excellent cook. Once in a blue moon, I like to make chocolate chip cookies. I just follow the recipe on the Toll House chocolate chips bag. I have to admit that they do taste yummy!

all my friends used to love my lasagna, they considered that my best dish. I am also good at making chicken or pork fried rice and garlic spareribs.

My son in law who is really fussy, really likes my ham dinner. I make a gravy that is kind of sweet and he loves it. I also make really good scalloped potatoes or at least that is what I am told. I don't do a lot of cooking, but I can make some dishes really well.
