Rules for beating your wife in Arabia.

Cleric Abdullah Latif Aal Mahmoud talked about the correct way to beat your wife, "If the husband wants to use beatings to treat his wife, he must never ever do it in front of the schildren. It must remain between him and her. It must be done according to the following conditions: He must not cause bleeding or bruise her body. He should avoid her face and other sensitive parts of her body. As we've said, the limitations on beating are: They must not cause bleeding, they should not break any bones, athey should not be on the face, and they should not bruie her."
I think we all should get together and provide some parrallel conferences on woman self-defense. Pretty crazy, eh?

That's nuts! It shouldn't be tolerated in any way shape or form.I have come across a few attitudes that seem to think it's alright...I just tell them I think "Bobbit had a good point...hehehe...that seems to shut 'em up!(But I in actuality don't believe in violence)
It is totally unacceptable...people should not beat people in order to make a point it just shows ignorance and stupidity!
