How does your family celebrate Easter? Do your children believe in the 'easter bunny'? Have you taught them the Christian meaning of Easter? Do you buy candy or toys? Do you give them a lot? or just a few items? Just curious.

hello there, we celebrate easter with a bang! we have to confess to a priest before we could have communion before mass (which we follow before) now we are not able to confess however im doing something about this. anyways, before in our old home, we use to have a "pasalubong" wherein we go up early at 5am to hear mass. then after which there will be a procession and lots of games in the afternoon. i even participate in one of them but now im not anymore a child myself so how i wish my children would also enjoy the same experience.

thank you for your comment......sounds like lots of fun. We will go to church and then out to dinner with family. It will be nice, but interesting with a 2 yr old. Happy Easter.
