a new research on walking, is that we must walk 1000 mile in one day, it will make our age long, any new idea to make ourself most fit DUDe.....;)

I'm not sure I quite understand how we could walk 1000 miles in one day. That's pretty impossible. But to make yourself more healthy, which will lead to living longer, you should definitely exercise and eat healthy. Eating healthy is one of the most important things you do, because it is bad to eat foods that are high in fat and grease and stuff; they clog your arteries, which can lead to a heart attack. So to live longer you should exercise and eat right.

hello there, i dont exercise this is why i acquired diabetes, hypertension and the rest of the usual sickness you have when you dont exercise. im almost 170 in wt and with a ht of 5. imagine?

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, u know my father is a diabities pasiont, but he do excersice daily, see , 1 step is just lay on ur bed amin move ur hand verticali upside down, and then net step iz so simple , just walk 1000 miles, if u cant walk that much. then do it slowly slowy , go in park, just for chiling OUt..............HAve fun and stay healthy DUDE
