do you think dravid has improved his performance in his 20 months of captainship . I think he has made no improvement rather he has detoriated his performance.

No dravid hasn't improved his performance after being a captain.Instead both his and his teams performance degrade day by day.

ganguly is a strategic player and dravid is an easy going player.dravid don't have hunger of winning.he seems everything cool and ganguly ever desired of winning till the last moment .he is aggressive and has capability to lead a team.Being, a captain u also have to fulfil certain responsibilities A captain is also an ambassador of the nation. His deeds & words can sometimes put the entire nation to shame. Dravid is a person who is perfect to represent the nation on a global arena. Ganguly had always had his share of criticism from media for being late for press conferences, early morning toss, the controversial ‘lords balcony incident’ The captain must lead from the front & set examples to younger members in the team. Dravid can do just that, come up with significant contributions match after match! We really need a ‘playing captain’ & can’t afford the luxury of including an out of form player just due to the virtue of his captaincy! Such a captain can never inspire a team. Must admit one thing ,ganguly’s 144 against Aussies down under is one of the best innings by a captain…. and the results were evident in the series. Sadly he didn’t come up with too many of those under his belt during his tenure as a captain.
