Do you think Internet has changed you at all? Do you remember the days (if any) when you didn't use the Internet as frequently? Do you think it's different? In what aspect do you think it has changed you? I mean, for me, i remember when i was in high school, i listened to radio a lot. I used to be an avid fan of some radio channel, knew all the DJ's, followed all the segments. But now i realized i hardly listen to radio anymore. Maybe the "radio" that i ever listen to nowadays is Internet radio (without DJ's rambling), radio blogs, or Podcast.

Yes, it has had a very significant impact on my life style. I spend 6-7 hours on internet everyday and i don't think i can live without it. Chatting, blogging, surfing, music, news, entertainment, each and every thing you can find here. THen, why go anywhere else? I was not this type a few years earlier.

Same here. Till the point where i sometimes think there's no need to even go out anymore. Whoa...how scary is that?? But anyway, gladly, i have just got back from a short vacation on the beach, off the internet for a while. And i still live.

It's definitely changed my daily routine. I spend a lot more time on the computer now. I've also found a lot of new things, plus ways to make money, new craft ideas, and been exposed to a lot of news and world events. It's been a valuable resource for me.

I know. I had the same problem when i was in college. Which was why i never wanted to have internet connection on the computer in my room back in those times. But i went to computer labs a lot, and i just couldn't help it.

I think it has opened up a whole world to the way that I think. I have improved with business skills and also social skills with the internet.

Yeah! I see it that way too about the internet. But rather, the "social" skills generated from the internet world i guess, is not, in many ways, similar to those of the "real" world.

I would say it has changed the amount of time I spend with my children . I am on here all the time trying to make a few extra dollars each month instead of spending this quality time with my children . I also don't just sit and watch t.v much anymore or even feel like going out to be with friends .

It definitely has changed me because I met my husband of seven years on the Internet. I am a better, more informed person because of the Internet. The amount of information and opportunities that this one thing has brought to my life are too many to mention. I love it and I think it is an amazing technological advance !

I would say that the internet has done alot to change the kind off person that i am in many different ways. I know i am smarter about alot of stuff now cause you basically have the whole world at your finger tips. I was always very withdrawn and private to myself and it has help me open up in ways i never thought possible i have met valuable friends all over the world. Oh yes the internet has definitly made me alot different.

things became different since i used the internet. 1. prior to internet usage, i woke up late in the mornings. the earliest is 9 am. since i used the internet, i was waking up as early as 4 am just to go through the different websites. 2. before without the internet, i used to buy newspapers. but now i just read them online. 3. since i used the internet, i became engrossed with writing e-mails, answering discussions in different forums. 4. i started to learn making blogs sinece i usde the internet. 5. i met a lot of people or friends on the net and exchange pleasantries with them when i am online. 6. my schedule has been affected. sleeping and eating habits changed. i spent more time now in the internet than when then there was no internet yet. sometimes, i have to quickly and finish it so i can catch up some important shows in the internet. 7. even the way i express myself now has changed me a lot. i was a little shy before but it's different now. i became more confident and fully active in participating to some issues in forums, social networking sites including chatting. 9. i became updated with science and technology, internet tools, financial reports, business and onlime money earning programs since i used the internet. 10. with the onset of internet, i seldom watch tv and listen to radio. my time now is spent in internet surfing. 11. indeed internet has affected or changed me a lot. some for the better and some not.

Wow, good question! There is no doubt that the internet has changed me, but it's the analysis of how that I really haven't looked at. So let's see.. Before the internet, I was a very bored stay at home mom. Motherhood and being a housewife are NOT fulfilling things to me. I'd rather be working. But at the same time, I don't ever want to put my kids in day care. I had them, I'll raise them. With the internet, I no longer feel like my brain is going to mush, as I am able to participate in email groups and interact with other adults much more than I otherwise would. I learn SO much in any given day, and I don't feel nearly so isolated as I used to. I'm not a very sociable person IRL, but the internet has allowed me to find more people like myself - stubborn, opinionated, and definitely not one of the sheeple. I can't stand the whole suburban minivan soccer mom thing - if I ever become one of those, it's over! So while the internet has it's share of those types of people, it's easy to avoid them and find people with more substance. I have many very treasured friends all over the world now because of the internet, which wouldn't have been possible for me without it.

Yes, I think the Internet has changed me greatly. I am almost online everyday. I became almost dependent on it. I think it's made me lazier, since I can't get things done in time. But I also think time flows faster when I am enjoying what I do.
