my hands is wet.. there is water dripping when i hold something

my hands is so wet. when i hold something, there will be water dripping from my hands. sometimes, it's hard for me to shake hands with others. even when i want to write on a paper, the paper will be torn and wet. it's so hard for me. is there any suggestion to help me dealings with my wet hands.
