Certainly not. Not in this life time and those parents that would even consider it should look at today's alarming statistics.

Both of my children know how to use the net and they do use the net, however they do it under our supervision. Parents need to train their children on the proper use of the computer, but they should never leave their children unsupervised.

There is a program thats online called "hoopaa", its a free program that is available to parents so they can monitor their children online....it monitors their msn chats as well as log every single www site they go to...then the hoopaa staff sends you an email with all that days activities. If your teenager happens onto a site that you don't approve you can simply block it...a normal typical window displays "page cannot be displayed" the teenage never need know that you originally blocked the site to begin with...there is a little tiny "h" that shows in the status bar on the bottom of the screen..and only the computer administrator sees it, it doesn't show on any other user accounts but yours...if there are other users...like I said, its free for parents to use...no fees, just a simple download...hope this helps...

Both my kids have been on the internet unsupervised for a couple yrs now....They have their own computer in their tv room with internet access and I dont have it set up to prevent mature content or anything like that however I do have a spy program installed on it so I can monitor them from my computer but there havent been any issues (which doesnt surprise me at all).....My daughter will be 12 next month and my son is 13.5..but they have a cousin who is 6 and has been on the net since she was 2 (of course at that age she needed help getting to where she wanted to go) LOL....

Not agreement. i will introduce kid about harm in net. For a teens who does not need informations from net. On that years average, they should accept more sports or interests by outside. Surf the net is bad to them.
