It was published by the AP today that the CW is cancelling Seventh Heaven after this season. There was no mention of a spinoff, although some other websites mention that as a possbility.

That is sad but I sort of figured it. I mean look at it. There is hardly no cast left. I mean Ruthy came back but withot Simon, Matt and Mary. 7th heaven isn't at all like it use to be.

Your observation is right. If all the grown up Camden kids will be gone, it will never be the same.

I did not see that notice. I wonder why. I don't see it each week but the times I have seen it I enjoyed it.

All that I can really say about this is it is It is about DAMN time they canceled it. I thought it was drab and boring. I am glad it will be over with. Too bad we will be bombarded with reruns of it for years to come.

I feel that way about Seinfeld and its repeats. I'm probably the only one though.

I think that seventh heaven has out lived its usefullness. I loved the show but this year it was so boring. The show was created to watch the family grow and meat lifes problems. The show had morals which I can say no other show has. I liked the fact that even a preachers kid can get into trouble. I also liked the fact they had manners and they worked out their problems. I will miss the show but we can all buy our favorite episodes on DVD.

I guess they could do a spin off with Lucy and Kevin, but after 10 years, I think the Camden clan should go out all together. But after the presumed series finale last season, I don't think Jessica Biel or Barry Wastson will return for the real series finale. They can probably get Simon though. I don't think he has done anything.

They cancelled it last year too and then resurrected it. I think it is time to end. The original cast is mainly gone and obviously they will have Eric die in the end. I could not believe that on the rerun I saw this week that Annie swore. What a change from the earlier years. I think it help in bringing my son up. He was the same age as Simon and we shared many experiences.

Seventh heaven is a good and spiritually healthy tv series. It will be with a sad note that I will take it if it is finally ending. I surmise that the reason for this is because everyone of the the Campbell kids have all grown up. Except for the youngest ones, the twins, all the others will have some careers to pursue. It is happy to note how they have all grown up with Seventh Heaven with their viewers never tiring of them.

A lot of the original cast of Seventh Heaven is no longer there and I have always been saddened when they started disappearing. However, what I love also about the show is that it is wholesome and teaches good values. I will miss Seventh Heaven very much. It's one of those shows that I could watch the whole day without getting bored. I just plain love it and all its characters.
