If theoretically everyone got equal land, equal properties, equal jobs, equal education, equal pay, equal opportunties, equal treatment, equal everything, would segregation be bad?? Why/Not, Explain.. and what if it was optional in certain areas, while other areas stay open, would that be wrong??

Realistically, your proposition is an impossibility. But if that ever happens, then that is not bad. Equality for everyone. It will be bad if a lazy person will get an equal share with a person who is not lazy. Equality is only applicable to society with citizens who have equal traits, same temperaments. That is the reason why I am saying that the proposition is an impossibility. That kind of society will be a utopia.

yes, it is wrong in any which way you term it whether it is communism or socialism because you have curtailed each ones freedom of expresing one's self to the world.if everything is equal then power should be equal, too.then who will lead ,supervise, guide us,govern us to make sure everything remains equal.if equality is all about fairness then how can it be fair if one deserves a just compensation.so, even in theory it would and could never worked and we already saw what happened to china and the rest of the former U.S.S.R.
