The philosophies expressed in the site www.omaadesh.org.np are very interesting. The secret eastern philosophies, tantra, mantra, yoga, all can be found here. Did you see the omaadesh.org.np website? Please comment the site and suggest to make it better

Yes, you are right. I especially like the definition of yoga expressed there. I also like the poster of yogi practicing yoga in the himalaya. If there were more yoga postures, then it would be very nice. We could practice yoga by looking the postures and reading the instructions.
