Rating Gone Down And So Did The Replies

I have gone through the same situation and want you my friend not to get upset. Your ranking is not dependable on responses you get for your discussion , Your ranking depends on responses you make and comment you give on your discussion's responses. I feel ranking is not in mylot hand it's we people here on mylot who rank your discussions and give you ranking.

Not to worry my friend. If you have something on your mind spit it out. You will be surprised how all of a sudden those discussions will gain attention sometimes even months after you have posted them. It is frustrating at times when no one replies or when only one or two reply. Keep supporting others discussions and requesting friends. Build your base beyond the amount of friends you want so you can respond to their discussions. Over the past few weeks I have been only responding to others discussions. I am unable to start very many new discussions due to lack of time. Keep posting and supporting and others will do the same for you.

In a way I am in the same boat you are in. I am in school at FMU during the day and at night I try to do everything and wear my self down. I am also trying to find new friends and that is not easy. But when I can I will try to reply to your new discussion. My little dog is driving me nuts tonight. :) :) :)

Well some members mightthink in that way and give reply to only to the discussions posted by high rating members.But most of the members don't think that way.I have seen members with reputation of 95 and more replying to discussions by members who have posted only 5-10 discussions/responses or even less. So basically if the topic suits and they can think of a reply then any member would respond to a discussion.Getting 4-5 responses is not that bad , I have never thought in that way.Many of the discussions started by me get only 3-4 responses but why to worry. As far as friends not replying to your discussions , I don't think there is an obligation that a friend must reply to a discussion by another myLot friend.Every member has so many friends and each friend is starting many discussions each day, there is quite a possiblility of missing some of the discussions.So please don't get discouraged , if you don't feel like starting a discussion don't do it for some time, after all it is not necessary that we have to start a discussion.You can start a discussion after some days or when some fresh topic comes to mind.
