I have bought her a couple of things, a pair of jammies, a cup bowl and spoon set. My brother i went to his house yesterday. (they live two hours away) Any way his daughter is three and love dora too. they have, i swear EVERY dora toy known to man. I feel bad, i would love to waste all of our money on those things, but i am so cheap i can't and usually i don't see any purpose to that kind of foolishness. but my baby is so cute and love "dory" so much. all most all of her words she knows come from this show (even though we have tried to get her talking forever) Any way I guess i'm just looking for a little "talking me down" from this urge to go buy buy buy.

kids grow out of these things that they love so much it's sometimes pointless to buy something just because of the character on it. nefore you know it she will love a new character even more. when my daughter was 2 she was really into dora, i wanted to get her dora everything for her bedroom, the bed the tables, so on. i'm so glad i didn't casue just a year later she is now into the princesses. could you imagine having to change everything every year cause their tasts change that often. i do just a couple simple cheap things of what she is into and then i do the toys that will last a while that are not necessarily themed.

Yep you're right. She loved telletubbies last. I usually don't fall for these things, but she's just soo cute! I can resist. I have kept to my usual used store finds for most of this phase ... so far. (exept for the bowl set which has me feeling guilty too it was five bucks! for pete's sake!)

My son is 3 years old already and he love Dora too. He even love Boots and Diego as well. He loves to dance with Dora and Boots at the end of the show. :-)
