How to get along with females?

Frankly, i am feeling a bit shy while i am working with females. I don't know how to get along better with them.Can you give me some advice?

Just dont be judgemental or compitive about the other femail. And dont bother what is she up to or what is she gonna do, if we have an approaanch like this then eveything can be fine

i dnt know wat to say but u need to respect your self and pay attention wen u are working with them and saty thing that will make them happ.........

I think just be honest and not crude and you can work with them easily. It is a little harder if you are trying to date them but be nice and honest. I dont recommending dating the girls you work with.

As long as you are yourself you should be ok. Stay well mannered and good humoured and honest at all times and they will probably be approaching you for chats. Take care!
