Hey guys! Are you people satisfied with your HP notebooks...IF not what changes would you like in your notebooks...What can HP do better to help its customers? For the record, I am satisfied with my HP notebook....Though I'd like to upgrade it to 1 GB RAM...

hello! i am definitely quite satisfied w/ my hp notebook. i'm not that computer savvy and so the regular use of emailing, uploading photos, or storing documents are just peanuts to what my computer can really do. it's already 2 years old but i still have enough memory for more docs. i'll upgrade when i have to.

My only complaint would that be it's rather slow...even though it is less than 5 months old. I clean up my hard drive regularly and what not, but it doesn't seem to help at all. A suggestion would be having a built in web cam. The macbook I was originally intending on purchasing had one -- which made me a bit hesitant on purchasing the HP. But those two points aside, I think it's safe to say I'm pretty satisfied with this.

I was not quite satisfied with my HP notebook,it is not deserving the high price-10000 yuan.that's a huge amout of money for me,but I found it's becoming slower and slower, and sometimes crashed for no reason watersoever.

I have not purchased one yet. But I am going to buy one soon. I feel HP is good. They models dv6226tx and dv9222tx simply rock. I feel the laptos of Hp are much cheaper than compared to the models put up by other companies with the same cost. It also suits my configaration well.

I am going to buy a HP laptop . I have heard it is good. The models dv6226tx and dv9222tx simply rock. The configuration also well suits my need. I feel that HP is less expensive than other laptop providing companies.

I love my HP notebook. I'm glad I bought mine before the Windows Vista OS came out; they told me I could download it online for free and I'm very glad I didn't. My friend bought the exact same notebook after Vista came out and it didn't come with any software installed at all.

i have been using my hp notebook for 3 years and i am satisfied with it overall. however, the cost of upgrading and repairing is a really expensive. i have a problem with the charger and when i went to hp, the technician confirmed the problem is with the charger point in the notebook but i have to change the motherboard as they do not repair the point. even the technician said solder is enough but the company wont allow. hp must be more user friendly and i personally think they can be better.

I recently got an HP DV6255ca. Its got alot of stats such as a 160 GB hard drive and 2 g's of RAM. I really like the note book there are a few things that I need to get taking care of but I dont want to send my note book away to get fixed. At first one USB port stoped working, now its two and I only have one left. Also the the video card on my comp isnt as good as other laptops in the same price range. There some other issues but I think that more of Vistas faults not The notebook. Lastely the battery only lasts for about an hour and a half. Im starting to wish I bought a mac, but over all I like my laptop.

The notebook itself is fine; however, the customer service is one of the worst I've experienced. Last year, I found out about a recall on batteries and had a battery subject to recall (lot numbers matched), but when I called, they said the laptop wasn't part of the recall so the battery was not recalled. My follow-on question was whether or not the type laptop was important or was it a design flaw in the battery? My laptop was not part of the recall; however, it was a special order and has all of the components of the laptop which was recalled...Still the same answer even though I was asking if the battery recall was a design flaw. Now I have a shorted battery and everytime I call customer service, I'm talking to someone from another country who is only looking in a manual and have gone through the same procedures four times, even though I told them I already completed the Technical reference they mentioned....LOL, it doesn't matter what the battery problem was... I'm on the fence whether or not I want to keep HP as my laptop of choice.

well i am very satisfied with my HP DV6000 (AMD Turion 64x2 mobile technology) with 1,808.2MHz Processor and Nvidia GE Force GO 7200. I can load any games I want and its quite a performer... what i did like much is the built in cam, its not a bit dark specially when your using it with only a night light at home, need to add more lights to see you clearly.

I bought one of the 9000 series, Turion 64 X2 with Nvidia 6150, 80gb HD, and 1gb of ram. I'm satisfied with the product, although the graphic card can't take the newest games at all and the HD a little bit small for these days (I download lots of things). One thing I didn't like was that the first instalation came with too many crap on it, lots of unuseful stuff that I just took off. But in general I really like it, I usually use it at the University, saves me a lot of time!

hp - hp is the best laptop company
hey i am satisfied to some extent but there are some sectors in which i am really feeling problem as such the service is very good my laptop is as they say personnel again but they should take a little more care about the performance factor looks are cool but performance side is a little week. they should try to make more provision for the heat to move out or in other sense a proper cooling system is required
