Have you ever considered what he world would be like if we all were exactly the same? Same religion, same skin tone, same number of kids ,same economic niche.
I figure we would either find new things to fight about.
Or maybe we could pool all of our resources into a larger project like space exploration or curing the common cold.
Besides with no diversity I think I'd get bored, wouldn't you?

first of all i want to say that, if there was a world in which all were exactly the same religion, same skin tone, same number of kids and so on then there wouldn't be any racial discrimination, or any differentiation in the caste that he belong to that caste or other.
The world would be full of peace there would not be any voilence or terrorism and so on......
