After 6 to 8 hours in front of my computer, my eyes really feel tired. I try to look in the screen but I can't see them clearly, the images are all blurred. I have alot of things to do in my computer, what shall I do? Is there any way to cure it immediately? Please share your ideas with this matter. Help me so I can stay longer with my computer. I'll be expecting alot of help from all of you guys out there. Thank's everyone!

well we are supposed to have at least a 20 minute break in between every hour thats most probably the reason why you get really tired eyes

Yeah, that's right. We have to give our eyes some rest too. This way we could work better. Thank's for the response!

You can take a rest for a while, maybe a 30 minute rest would do. Just try to move a little bit away from the monitor, and try to sit in a proper posture. This will help you in staying more longer while in front of the PC, as I've encountered this most of the times to.

You shouldn't sit at the screen without breaks away, at least every hour walk away from the screen and do something else. If you hve a light reflecting on the screen, sometimes that will cause headaches.

Now I know what am I doing wrong. I should have some break away from my computer screen to prevent this tired feeling. You're right, I also suffer from headache. Thank's for the advise. I appreciate your participation too!

Hi. I've had that also before. Actually, as per my doctor, the only remedy is to get off the computer from time to time to rest my eyes. That is at least 30 mins every two hours. I couldn't possible do that when I'm doing something so all I did was turn down the brightness and contrast of my screen and i could stay a little bit longer.
