Will you accept free money?

A lot of times sales people offer you some money or discount to make you buy their product. Would you buy it even when you do not need that product so badly but you are getting a discount? I have heard that we should be aware of salesmen with a gift.
Please suggest.

If I don't need something, I don't buy it, no matter what. I don't know what kind of salesmen you speak about, but if these guys come behind my door and trying to sell, I never buy anything. I just hate them, I don't know what it is, but they really make me so mad. If I'm in the shop and watching something to buy like new tv, then I sure let them make good offer to me. If I'm just checking products in the shop for fun, then I usually tell them that, and they leave me alone.
