Butter stain on leather :(

Anyone have a good way to get a butter stain out of a brushed leather jacket? My hubby tipped his take out box over the other night and butter went all down the front of him. I went online and someone said to use fuller's earth (I guess it's a powder) and I can't seem to get my hands on some. Any other ideas? It's been well over 48 hours since it happened. $58 buck to dryclean and no garuntees. That's more than I paid for the coat (It was originally $300 and I got it at one of those Black Friday sales at Kohl's for $30). I refuse to pay more than what I paid for it just to clean it. I've got nothing to lose so fire away with those suggestions. My husband said we should just dip the whole thing in butter - lol!!!
