Do you own or rent your house?

Well I own my house. I know how it is paying 350.00 or more just to rent a house. It gets crazy every month having to come up with that money. But we got out of the whole when we got our house paid off.

$350! please where do you live?! where I live... I rent and it costs me $330 and thats with 2 roommates... we pay $990 for out rent which does not include utilities but someday I'll own a place of my own... cant wait! Actually I want to design my own house

wow I live in Noble Ill you can get a vary nice home for 350.00 a month. that is with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. damn were do you live that you have to pay 990.00 a month. That would be crazy.

We own our house. We also own a trailer but are going to sell it once we finish remodeling the house. It just makes a lot of sense to purchase. Home payments run about the same as rent does, so it makes sense to invest that money into something you will get to keep. We have the trailer and the house paid off but are still paying on the land, 9 years left on a 10 year loan.

thats good. We used to have a trailer I wanted to move out of it so bad and get the house that I am living in now that i sold it just for. 500.00 we had put more into when we paid cash for the damn thing. I just wanted out of there so bad.

I own my house, well, sorta. You see, technically i'm the owner of the house, but by law, it actually still belongs to the bank.
the title deed will be mine, when i clear my housing loans, like 20years from now!
