yum i smell cake baking

i just popped a really simple delicious cake in the oven..thought i'd share the recipe.. 1-2-3-4 cake 1 cup soft margarine 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon each salt and vanilla 3 cups flour 1 cup milk first cream the margarine and sugar then add eggs 1 at a time add baking powder,salt and vanilla add the flour and milk alternating additions beat till smooth...put into well greased bundnt pan or 9x13 baking pan...bake at 350 for 55 minutes for bundt pan 40 mins for 9x13 i top this cake with powdered sugar glaze..and serve with a dollop of whipped cream..my daughter likes a squirt of hershey's syrup on hers...i hope you guys like it..

I love that it's so easy to bake and you can add cherries if you want here's another might be a little more.... Cheesecake Cookie Cups These individually-sized dessert cups are handy for entertaining. Serving: 12 Prep Time: 12 minutes Cook Time: 85 minutes Total Time: 97 minutes 12 pieces Nestlé® Toll House® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup Nestlé® Carnation® Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 container (21 oz.) cherry pie filling 1. Preheat oven to 325° F. Paper-line 12 muffin cups. 2. Place one piece of cookie dough in each muffin cup. 3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookie has spread to edge of cup. 4. Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla extract in medium bowl until smooth. Pour about 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each cookie in cup. 5. Bake for additional 15 to 18 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
