Ever had a Child Jumping on the bed go right out the window?

When my middle son was little, he came into our bedromm and started jumping on the bed. He jumped too far and went right out through the window. Fortuanately it was on the first floor and the screen went with him, helping break his fall. We took him to the emergency room and he was ok.

This scenario is what am afraid most because even though it is in the bed...my toddler loves to jump in the couch where the back is a window and we are on the second floor. I just keep on reprimanding and reminding her not to jump in the couch or bed because even if she doesn't fall from the window but a cousin of my husband when she was little broker her collarbone from jumping into bed and catalputing on the floor so hard.

Oh, it was really danganrous!Yes,i do have heard a news.Well,actually,it is not a news,it happened in my region.A father left his baby alone at home and go out to shopping.The baby is on the bed.But the father is too careless,the bed is near the window and the window is open!The little baby crawled onto the window and dropped down to the ground.
It is four floor,and fortunately the baby dropped on the dawn.But he is hurted heavily.
I do think parents should be very very careful in taking care of a baby.
