And if so, how many and what kind. I take Centrum for my multi vitamin and I take Caltrate for extra calcuim. I take them every morning, although sometimes I do forget. But for the most part I am good about it.

We were brought up having a dose of Vitamin C or ascorbic acid every morning. I no longer take it though, because as I have observed if i would miss just a single day without it i would start getting coughs and colds! So, instead of getting sick if i miss it, i stopped taking it entirely! my doctor recommended another vitamins for stress, but i still don't take it religiously.. heheh!

I take a multi-vitamin everyday. It's the store brand of the Centrum brand. I also take a calcium supplement and vitamin C. I'm pretty good about taking them every day. I feel better when I do and not so run down.

Yes, I take vitamins as and when advised by physician only. Otherwise my food is planned accordingly to cover up many of them. Thanks.

I take vitamin A, E, B12 an iron tablets. I am slightly anemic and this is how I deal with it, plus I avoid unnecessary stress. Some stress due to work and family is unavoidable but other than that I leave it alone.

I take 1-2 grams of Vit C every day, and I simply do not get the illnesses that I used to get several times a year.

I have to confess! I hate everything in pill form even if I know that it's good for me in some sense. I just hate anything that looks similar to a pill! I don't take any vitamins and I would prefer to grab the food which contains that kind of vitamin if I can. I think I might need to take some more vitamins and rely on the pills later in my life, but still I love having the food themselves because it makes life more interesting. Sometimes I am scared that in future, all we need to do would be eating vitamins to sustain our lives and it would be bad! I love food *laughs*.

I use Vitality for Life. I buy them on-line from Melaleuca. They aren't cheap, but I love the fact that they have different packages for specific issues and then they are broken out into AM and PM packets. I don't have to fool with bottles or dosages and trying to figure out what I need to take for my brain or heart or whatever. Honestly, if you're going to take anything, I would get something from a reputable company that specializes in supplements. Supplements aren't regulated by the FDA. It's better to get them from a comapny that you know sets a high standard for their quality. Unfortunately, not all brands contain what they say. What you take depends on what you want to take them for - are you looking for overall health, more energy, support for joints or vision, to help with cholesterol or high blood pressure etc? I was actually not a vitamin person. I had tried some, but didn't take them faithfully and I didn't see a change. I started working with a company because I liked their cleaners, but thought I should try some of their other products if I was going to be a representative. I gave the vitamins a try. I am so glad I did. I had been tired for a loooong time. I always felt drowsy, like I was never completely awake. I dragged through the days. A few months after starting the supplements, I was folding the clothes and it dawned on me - I'm Awake! I actually felt alert - motivated even. It was a bit of a shock. I'd been tired so long, I had just accepted it. I honestly couldn't remember the last time I felt like that. I am a total believer now, and I will always take them. Products work different for each person. Ilucked out and stumbled on to the rght ones for me. Sorry about the ramble and going a bit off-topic. I just get happy when I think about it and like to share what happened to me.
