dealing with rude guards

I work in a call center. My experience with the guards are not so good. They are so rude when checking up on me before I go inside the work place and when I go home. They are also sarcastic. Been reported and the management is doing nothing about it. What should i do next?

Do you know of anyone higher than the management whom you can take this problem to?
