Does heaven work with computers?

Today, technologies are part of every human in this world. There are calculators that makes computations easier, television and radio to drive information fast, and computers that make record safer and more accessible. If in earth, we use high technology for better, more efficient and effective living, does heaven use computers too for safer human record? Do they have the machine that weighs one's sin? Do they have cameras that catch every corner of the earth and track everyone of us 24/7? Or do they work manually?
