Blogger templates: do you prefer a 2 or a 3 column template

One of the big decisions to make when designing a blog site is whether to chose a 2 or a 3 column template. Do you have any preference? If yes which one do you prefer and why?

I prefer two column templates its way cleaner looking and i get confused with too many tabs..........

I used to have two blogs. But I deleted one (one where i used to write a lot and express myself), so as of now i only have one but nothing's there hehe (but im working on it again). However i prefer to use a two column-blog, so that it wont be crowded.
Im not a professional blogger though. Is it ok if im gonna check your post once in awhile, i might get some ideas with you guys =)
What do you think would be a better blog? *oops askin*
anywyas what do you mean by the question: Do you have any preferences? does it mean theme?
