Tell me, what was the best part of your day?

No matter of what time of day/night you are reading this, tell me what was the best part of your day? Even if it wasn't a great day, was there something positive about it, or did you see someone you hadn't expceted? The best part of my day was taking my two puppies, Leon and Sherlock, over to my parent's house. I live in an apartment, and since the weather has been bad, the area around where I live is just not suitable for a dog to play in. So I drove to my parents and let them run around in their yard. They were so happy! My parents came out to watch them and laughed. It had been a couple days since they had been outside and the two little boogers ran and ran and ran. They found a pine cone and fought over that for five minutes! I loved to see them happy, because it made me happy. Now, you were telling me about the best part of you day...?

The best part of my day was something that was actually related to the loss of my sweet Meg. I had called the veterinarian yesterday to let them know what had happened. All of the girls in the office were so sad when I told them. Well, today in the mail, there was a sympathy card for me that was signed by everyone in the office. Here is what it said: "...Grieve not, nor speak of me with tears, but laugh and talk of me as if I were beside you...I loved you so-'twas Heaven here with you....Isla Paschal Richardson". That just made my day. I felt that they really cared (not that I didn't feel that way before...this just set it in cement! LOL).

Wow, when you have co-workers who care like that, you are blessed indeed. I'm so glad it brought you some joy. I hope you continue to heal after losing your sweet dog.

The best part of my day was when I arrived at my daughter's house to babysit, my 16 month old granddaughter was standing in the door, yelling Nanny, Nanny, Nanny, Nanny, Nanny with a huge smile on her face.

Today was relatively a good day for me. One friend came by in the afternoon. We talked a lot, after a long time met each other today. After dinner we watched a movie together. I did not noticed how the evening pass thorugh. The time with her was so enjoyable.

It is so stressful when a loved one is sick, isn't it? You almost feel worse, and sometimes do, than the person who is sick. Being sick so often myself, I never thought that was true until I experienced it.

I'm on vacation visiting my nephew in florida, so today my husband cooked a huge prime rib roast on the grill and I made some home-made macaroni and cheese and some brownies. We invited my nephews in-laws over and had a nice family dinner. Your puppies sound so cute!

The best part of my day is when my boyfriend pick up me from my office. I sit in his car. We can chat about the whole of working, eating and any topic we want. Everybody annoys by the traffic jam in the peak time. But we do not care, because sitting into the car is an enjoyable thing for me.

The best part of today has been when my housemate left for work at 1.30 this afternoon and gave me the house of peace! I hate him being around me I cannot relax, rest or carry on my business without him annoying me! I was able to get so much done as soon as he left, I had 9 blissful hours on my own! Now he's returned and I'm off to bed shortly!

That's so cute about your puppies. I love watching my dogs run around, too. The best part of my day was probably when my husband came home from the commissary. He volunteered to go by himself, since I didn't feel like it. We made the list together, and he actually got some other stuff for me that I hadn't put on the list. He was very considerate, and then came home and fixed supper. My husband is a good guy and does stuff like that a lot, but it's still so nice when he does.

The best part of my day was taking my daughter to McDonalds this morning, for the summer kiddie crew registration and orientation. We have a McDonalds branch near the office and I wanted her to do something different this summer. They had a tour of the store and she had fun. It's a 5 day activity and I'll be taking her to the office with me in the morning next week, for the whole week. We both wanted to spend time with each other, and this is a good way to bond and do things together.

the best part of my day was around 430 pm. i'm 24 weeks pregnant and i had my doctors appointment today. so i got to hear my babies heart beat again today. and while i was waiting the baby was plenty active so it made me happy to feel the movements. its all even sweeter for me this time around, because after having 2 girls this one is going to be a boy :)

The best part of the the day for me is when after an afternoon rain, the sun comes out again. The air after the rain is so refreshing. You can see the birds flapping their wings to get rid of the rain water and they'll be chirping away... The plants look as if they are so happy... That always make me smile and enjoy the beauty that surrounds us!! :

The best part of most of my days is when I can stretch out in bed and close my eyes! Today was a good day all day. I did some taxes for some very nice people and maybe recruited a volunteer to help us next year. My husband was feeling better today, too.

My best part of the day today was getting off work and going to get my hair cut and the excercising at curves with friends I know there. I love going to curves and chatting and don't even feel like you are excercising then. I love getting my hair cut cause you feel like a new you.

I feel the same way when I get a hair cut, even if it is just a little trim. I have heard of Curves, but don't know anyone who goes. I'd like to try them, but I hate to do it alone.

My whole day today was filled with work. I had been this work or the other for this person or that person. So, probably the best part of my day would be the time i got to sleep...It was really relieving for me to get a break from all the tiring work. It was so peaceful.

I took my daughter out of school early and we went and got some fast food, went shopping for a bit and had some giggles, teasing each other. The second best part is I took my puppies, all six of them outside for the first time to play, I loved watching the 'babies' explore this strange new world and discover things like grass.

The best part of my day so far has been taking the kids to school and seeing them look back at me and wave bye and blow me kisses! They haven't gotten to the point where showing their love to the mom in front of their friends embarass them...and I'm hoping that it dosen't happen! :)
