Illegal drugs roam the streets nowadays like murderers out for a kill, victimizing both the young and old. A large amount of it can kill a child and affect the behavior of teenagers and adults. Nowadays, the increase of crime rate is largely contributed by teenagers, juvenile delinquents involve in either selling or using drugs. What does the government do about this?
