Birds - early morning

It is early morning (4am) here now, but I can not sleep. It is still dark outside. I opened the window and listening to birds' singing. I like this time of the day. Unfortunatelly I live by a traffic avenue, so I alredy hear the cars, and buses too :(. But the birds are still louder :)
When did you listen to birds' singing last time???
It always makes me happy. it is so great start for a day, isn't it. Or at least it is better than your alarm clock :)

Yes! Singing birds in the dawn always make me feel good. I love it so much. It makes me wander the place where I was born, a little village far away from town. I am in a big city now, Jakarta, capital of Indonesia. I am happy I still hear the singing every morning. Thank God... As if it were a morning prayer of them to celebrate the great new day. As if I were not far away from my home.

i would love to hear bird sing but like you i live at a very busy street, i can hear car going by all time of the nights and day and it seems like i never hear the brids at all. :(

That's why I need to go to the nature sometimes. far away from the traffic I can find my peace

i know a few parks around town would get very quiet at night, it is a huge park sometime i like to go there even during the day it is very peaceful

It's very true!But I remember,when I lived in Hendon,it was not so pleasent,I still dont know what bird it was,but everyone hated coz it sounded like an electric drill.Terrible,thatwas so annoying,soon I named it "Kattogó Hendoni Gecimadár" .I would throw stones and other objects aiming towards the trees where the annoying noise was coming from..Its fnny but then I was not laughing when I still wanted to sleep a litle bit longer..The weather is still awful here:-(
