Normally every body will have there food because eith out that we cant survive but we dont always take it at the correct time and at correct intervals, this may lead you to many medical problems. but in this rapid technology we humans never find time to refresh our self and have time to think about our health.and this has made us irregukar in our food habbits. then slowly we dint like to have our food in time. so what you people think about it

I'm a college student,so usually I have meals at correct time. I think that it's harmful to have an irregular eating schedule. But now in rapid technology society, there are too many people who don't have a free time to make a complete eating. They sometimes eat at KFC and somewhere like it.These food are not so good for their health. If this irregular food habit is lasting,us humans will feel tired and our health will likely not be restored again.

Ya you are right. In this changing world people dont give much importance to their food especially the time to eat. They eat whenever they are free. I think this should be avoided. Time should be allotted for everything. If we dont have food at the same time everyday then it will lead to lots of health problem. Now a days some people have stopped having breakfast but it is said that breakfast is a must. I think time has come for everyone to sit down and allot time to eat and have their meals regularly at the appropriate time :)

I"m afraid I"m very irregular in my food habits. MY time for meal changes each day specially if I'm working and there is a big difference between the times I can have meals during the week and the ones during the weekend. This can certainly bring some problems and the primary for me has been weight gain. True my thyroid condition didn't help, but the fact that there was a time where I was coming home from my 3rd or 4th job at about 12;30 am and really hungry - not having been able to find time to eat properly really was a problem. I would find myself warming up whatever I could find in the fridge and take it to me into bed. I would eat - more than what I should just because I was so hungry - set the plate on the nigh table and fall asleep in seconds. Sure I knew this wasn't good, but it was the way it worked for me for quite a few years. No wonder I gained so much weight in that period of time.
