which media do u like to transfer data?

First we used to use floppies , then CDs and now pen drives or zip drives..Pen drives are the fastest and easiest to use , no doubt..but they r costly too but once again they can be used for years ..They just act like another Hard disk..There are many brands providing pendrives like transcend, Umax etc..Which brand do u like most?
But I think if two computers are connected by a cross cable then its the fastest way of transferring data

mr amit i use cds or dvd or even my mobile memory card for data transffer.ya pen drives r still very expensive n all ant afford it.the best way is still cd.floppy??nah floppy is out of market.in 4yrs i hvnt touched a floppy.

Floppies are still in market and in many govt offices in India people still use floppy..but the prob is laptops dont come with a floppy drive and most of the people now go for laptops.

I use PiQ for pen drives/flash drives and a generic hard drive enclosure. These removable drives have been very helpful for me especially since I can't bring my laptop everywhere. I still store data in CDs though.

Yes I too use CDs now also ..Rewritable and the write once ones also..
