How many pets do you have in your house?

I have just a cat, but I've heard of people who have hundreds of different pets in their house! Is this weird? Or do you also have hundreds of animals living with you?

I own one cat now, but my inlaws have 14 cats and 1 dog. The house is big enough for everyone so you don't even notice the amount of cats. Most of them are outdoor cats too, so half of the time they're not even indoors. They're lovely pets though, very sweet. The dog is getting very old (he's blind and deaf) so he doesn't have much time left, but he sure is hanging on. The cats all love him anyway.

I personally have three dogs. My brother on the other hand happens to be starting a zoo of his own. He has 2 birds, a cat, 3 dogs, fish,a turtle, and a couple of hamsters. For me that would be too many pets but every time he son asks for a different kind of pet they get it for him. They take good care of their pets so I guess that is all that really matters.

My mom and I have 5 dogs in the house. Actually, 1 of the dogs lives outside part time. I don't know how anybody can stand to have hundreds of pets in their house as even 5 dogs seems like a lot sometimes.

I only have a cat. I have been used to have one or two pets around all the time since I was a child. I would love to have a dog, but right now I don't have time or space for one...
