What kind of work do you like?

I lot of people I talk to tell different stories about their works things they don't like or complain about their job, so I just ask " what kind or ideal work do you like ? " . About 90% of them here in our country they complain about their salary hardly keep at both end meet, they want a high salary that will be enough to use , only 10% overall talk like their ideal work about good surrounding or environment, short hour of work , work that they can learn or gain knowledge , most mother want their work at home so they look after their children and others . For me my ideal work is that I can control my own time. So what kind of work do you like? Tell me about it.
