Things that you usually do before going to bed?

Do you usually read first your email before getting to bed or eat midnight snack? What are the usual things you do before going to bed?? For I use to open first my email before going to bed and checking if I have a message How about you???

Take a nice hot bath and relax for a few minutes or an hour... then crawl into nice warm electric blanketed bed and go to sleepyland! That is the best! very relaxing and stress reducing! Try it

Yes I agree with you that it is really relaxing and I also do that but here we dont use to take a hot bath for it is already hot here and agree with you that it is really relaxing and very refreshing to take a bath before going to bed.
