laughing therapy - laughing therapy i start laughing when i am depressed it work out for me

i have tried so many times if i am depressed i start praying god and try to be positive i thnk if we pray god and read spiritual books like bible bhagwat geeta kuran etc we are out of depression itried this so many times . laughing also therapy to get out from Depression

hey i understand your problem , ive been to depression before ,i think yoga can help you a lot ,you dont have to do a lot of yoga just do some pranayams,if you are from india you can visit website www.divyayoga.com .website of swami ramdevji maharaj he is conducting yoga camps all over india and helping people to get out of diseases like depression , cancer ,diabetics etc and you can watch his programmes on certain t.v channels like Astha t.v between 6.00am and 7.30am and 8.00pm and 9.00pm .by visiting the website you can see which are the other channels showing his programme . also change your diet try to avoid tea ,cofee,sugar etc ,i know it will be difficrlt to change the diet .Diet helps to calm your mind .have raw vegetables and fruits ,do the anuloma viloma pranayam for 15 min a da y and brahmari 10 min and try to learn any meditation technique ,this will take care your problem.

I feel if one is feeling depressed or stressed out. Then one should take a break from whatever one is doing and unwind. Firstly i feel we should breathe deeply. If we close our eyes and take slow deep breaths and observe it then after 15 to 20 minutes we will feel better. I also feel we should have bonding wit family, pets, friends so we dont' feel lonely. Then we should read and think positively and try to develop positive state of mind. Do meditation, try yoga and laughter therapy this will surely help drive your blus away. One should be able to forgive and forget. And ability to be able to laugh at oneself which i am trying to have is also useful too. good luck. Cheers folks:))
