Do you know swimming?

My most favourite activity is swimming. I can swim anywhere and thoroughly enjoy. I have not seen a good swimmer as me so far.

Yes I know how to swim in fact I was a member of our school's varsity swimming team back in high school and college. Today I can only swim during weekends and I'm currently teaching my 2 year old son how to swim, he can already do the flutter kick.

i know swimming but i am not that perfect in swimming when i was in my teen age i used to swim in a tank not that deep i have not tried in river or sea.i am afraid to

Yes I know swimming.

I didn't know how to swim till I am 30 years old. This is due to I married my husband and moved to live in Gibraltar where there are beaches everywhere. Different to every new learners, I refused to put my head into the water as I am scared of it. So at the very beginning, I just walked into the water and played with it till I got more confident with the water. Then I asked husband to hold my two hands and floated for 2 metres so that I learnt the floating. Gradually I could float without him for only 2 metres; then 3 metres; 4 metres... Now I can swim for more than 50 metres!!! Have a try!

I have never learned to swim. I took lessons at the Y here for years as a kid and never got the hang of it. Now i'm 26 and still dont know.
