at work to home

In my opinion it is ok to 'share' funny things/situations either ways. But of course not sharig everything?! Personally, i try to separate my personal life from Work. I know it is not easy, but i like the saying of keeping your work-matters at the door step of your home, to pick them up next day when going back to office!! :)

I wouldnt really call it gossiping, but sometimes if something funny happens I will. I dont ever tell anyone at work if I am having problems at home. I would rather talk to my friends as they know me better. Sometimes though, it is good to talk to others about work especially if you have had a bad day and want to get it off your chest.

I think chatting about what happened at work when you get home, is a good release of stress, but I wouldn't discuss my personal, home life at work. That's a different matter entirely. I don't think I'd exactly call it gossip about work, but more of an outlet for things you have had to pent up during the day. Brightest Blessings.
