Friendship After Divorce

I don't know whether it's a smart idea or not, as that largely depends on the circumstances of the split to begin with. Sometimes a clean break is the best for both parties. Yes, though, friendship after divorce IS possible. My father and his second wife stayed close friends after their divorce, and even went into business together. They got along beautifully, as long as they weren't married.

I don't understand what do u mean? do u want to continue friendship with the ex husband ? if it is yes then in my opinion it is impossible. also it is not good for ur health. becoz the lady has taken divorce from her hubby becoz that man has some serious problem. there is no reason to keep any relation with that man after divorce.

When my ex husband and I were divorced we made a point of staying in touch and remaining friends. There was no animosity between us and we still remain friends. My son knows that his Dad and i have a good friendship and it has all been very civilised.

It all depends on how the relationship ended if you ended it on good terms adn respectful of each other yes but if there is deciet and lies then no.
