going to the gym

does anybody go to the gym? I do. And what do you do at the gym? What's your training programme? What do you do besides walking all day long to stay fit? What sports do you practice. I once practiced swimming. I find it very constructive because you use every single muscle. Now i'm into karate and basketball. Anybody practicing karate? Please let me know.

I do not go to gym for exercise often; I tried to exercise regularly of at least 3 days a week, but was not successful due to my work schedule. Most of the time if I exercise, I play sport like tennis to get fit. I have another set of exercise by walking 10,000 steps a day as my target. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house to make the numbers

I don't go to gym regularly as i don't have that much of time so whenever i go, I go for the relaxation.So i prefer taking steam bath or sauna Bath.I avoid doing exercise as it makes me more tired.

Occasionally I go to the gym, I used to go every day but now I dont. I have a treadmill at home and do weights for my arms, but not every day. When I go to the gym usually I will do the eliptical trainer and the nautilus stuff on all parts of my body. Then I would do situps on the mat they have. I like tennis for sports and that really works you out, but I havent been able to get away to play for awhile.
