what do u eat to reduce weight

I take more vegetable than non vegetarian food and raw vegetables help more in reducing weight.

i dont eat too much when i want to reduce my weight but i try to workout more instead of eating but i do have vegetables fruits and juice and milk when im trying to loose my weight if ur interested in reducing weight you can visit these sites they have many weight reducing light caloric recipes www.healthrecipes.com www.weightwatchers.com

For women, they say a 1500 calorie diet is good for losing weight, along with exercise.. as the calories need to be reduced and more burned, in order to lose weight. You can lose weight on a crash diet, but only at first, and when you begin to eat again you put on weight because the metabolism has been damaged (slowed way down).. When I diet, I focus on fruits and vegetables and whole grains, as our bodies burn these the best..actually I eat this way anyway, but when I diet I eat less of the grain and more of the low calorie vegetables and fruit.. I think it's good to have a day off each week, as I think this makes it easier to stick with the diet.. And on that day have your favorite(s) like pizza, or spaghetti (carbs but not whole grain).. I also think it helps to have a lo cal dessert which sits in the fridge easy to grab.. mine is cottage cheese, and fruits and some light whipping cream.. I add an aspartame or two for a little sweetness.. I also find that herb tea can help alot.. my favorite is red clover..which I buy loose leaf online..
