hey xnipher, have u ever flown on a low cost acrier? they are actually very concerned about their reputation as most people have the same belief. They make special arrangements to make sure that all ammenities are in place, to make ur flight a pleasure one. I work for a full-service airline, but I can vouch that any low-cost airline is highly trustworthy and relaibale and value-for money, talikg out of experience mate. try it to believe it !!!

I never had flown in a low cost carrier or low cost airplanes...... Mostly I ride in a Flag Carrier airlines (I think they all not a low-cost airlines) such as British Airways, Qantas (I think it carries the flag of australia), Air China, Philippine Airlines, and American Airlines....

Sort of... but I have a rewards club plan with American so I would usually prefer to fly with them. It's nothing against those low-cost airlines, but I have a history with American. I have flown Jet Blue and had no problem with them, either. In the end, if it gets me there and it's a good, comfortable flight, then I am happy. Last few flights I've taken, though, have been on American.
